2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify PushOne of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

3. Content & Fair Use

PushOne may not be used to send spam, phishing attempts, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair use policies or engage in abusive behavior that impacts our infrastructure performance.

4. Subscription & Billing

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PushOne or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
